On going work, friendly people
A typical day at work will consist of, order picking or getting trained to scan the items, packing into totes, by putting on pallets with the destination there going.

Clicky
The place is very clicky. They give little to no training and then verbally call you out infront of the whole office when you’ve done something wrong. Very negative people work there, always swearing. No support. They’ll find any excuse to cancel your probation so be on your toes. Boring days, no one wants to do any more work to fill their days, they’d rather sit around twiddling thumbs. Good luck trying to progress higher as you’re constantly overlooked. Especially if you’re young.

Avoid if you care about your mental health!!
At first glance seems like a good place to work but as you get started you'll realise how wrong that assumption is your just a number managed by people who have never done 1 day in a lorry in there life made to wait 3 hours for load and paperwork to then be told your out on a 12 hour run on a daily basis expected to use poa when you have no idea how long you'll be waiting just so you have more working hours left to do overtime no consideration if you have family at home they expect you to put cml before them overtime rate is 12.50 which is flat rate so if you work it our all your premium days e.g Saturdays and Sundays are paid at 12.50 pH if you have a bad week and promised a good day towards the end forget about it that run will get taken off you and given to one of there friends there is some decent people on the office but there's more bad eggs than good ones most have zero respect and consideration if 60-70 hour weeks are your thing for a low rate go for it but if you have a family you want to support physically not just financially I'd advise to stay well cleat as family comes second to cml extra shifts are paid decent but standard overtime is not

Treated like something you've trid in
Management dont care, no one talks to anyone, treated with no respect. No wonder they are always looking for drivers, now the EU drivers have gone back
