Only go to work here if you like feeling down no one has any respect for anyone they just want to get there stuff and when there done there done everyone always looks in a mood not really any training given just basically get on with it then expect you to know everything at the drop of the hat. Banked hours they will bank you then expect you to make it up when they are struggling or they have spent to much on overtime budget and then tell you there doing you favour.be carefull who you talk to there are alot of snakes here. PPT good luck finding a truck when u start in the morning (took me and one other almost an hour one morning ) management just laughed and said just walk around till you find one and when you do find one no doubt it will not function correctly agian no one cares as for the warehouse hardly any room to move around there are holes in the warehouse floor isles are full of stock to which you cannot get up the get your products even though there are empty spaces in the racking list is endless. Turnover of staff is high someone new every other week due to people leaving or walking out

Dont bother avoid
worst company I have ever worked for. No communication management have no respect for drivers or vehicles. Certain drivers smoke in cabs, leave their rubbish and do not clean vehicles. As a driver you are salaried and if you do maximum hours pay is below national wage.
