Good company that has some bad managers

The company itself is actually a really good company to work for and the benefits are good. However if you have a rubbish manager then expect to be treated unfairly and be scored low on your pdp. Favouritism was shown towards some and they would get pay rises and better bonuses than others in the team. Overall the company is good but if you are stuck with the wrong manager then you won’t get far with anything and your voice will not be heard. Never paid right, always something missing

Since being bought out the company has reduced the workforce by 20%. Employees leaving the company are not being replaced, as a result workloads are increasingly to unrealistic levels and management have suggested taking shortcuts in production quality.

Unsupportive
