It isnt too bad as most overtime was cut down and is likely even worse now with the pandemic. You were never forced to work all the hours under the sun.
Excellent attitude to work life balance within the constraints of what is by nature a fast paced and stressful industry.
You can start as late as 9.30 and can finish as early as 4pm & 12.30pm on s Friday as long as you do 37 hours in a week. So it's not bad. Despite pressures described above no one is really demanding you must put in extra hours.
Its pretty good in terms of flexibility.
