Rewarding place to work

Colosseum is a lovely place to work. The job can be difficult and stressful at times but equally rewarding. Management is supportive to all job roles and people as individuals.

Stressful job with ever moving goalposts

There were ever moving goalposts and very stressful environment. I embrace change but even for me, the changes were too frequent. Relentless phone calls. Not enough help for receptionists. The office didn't seem to have systems in place. Every day I went home frazzled and I am a good multi-tasker!

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER in Ashford, Kent

Career progressing - Strong Team environment

One Of the best organisations I have ever worked for. This was a career defining business where I had been given the support and freedom to hone and develop my skills within leadership management.

challenging practice, job description tailored on you, too many CPDs to do, dealing with patients with different culture with poor English.

The company look after patients well, providing the best service. Always recruiting the best associates but unfortunately does not appreciate the old and front lines staff who are the image of the company. Company put too much pressure on the staff for more private income.

Dual Site Practice Manager in Allington and Diplomat
on 7 July 2022
Best company I have worked for

Amazing company with a real sense of family! I started in 2020 as a Practice manager for a single site and recently been promoted to dual site manager. The company offers loads of opportunity to develop in your career and rewards hard work and skills. The Company were amazing through lock down and we all felt supported, looked after and well informed.
