Appreciate the actual workers and treat them with respect.
Sort the Management Team out at Head Office, so hypocritical and up each other.
Make people from head office treat people in practices like human beings, they are rude and think they can treat everyone as inferior to them.
Remove the bullying tactics in the operational department

Provide nurses with training!! Radiography, implants, sedation etc. Make them feel worthwhile like you want to improve them! - then you wouldn't have such high staff turn around. Bonuses without ridiculous targets - realistic targets and small bonuses for nurses anyway (at least pay for xmas parties!) People from head office should have meetings with nurses with practice managers not around and have reviews regularly on staff to prevent bullying in the workplace.
Start treating people right
I would look into why there is such a negative work culture within the company.
Replace the board with good people with strong values.
