Management is good

Overall the management is good. Coltencare is one of the popular care homes. It's always better for someone to start their career with colten care. Staffs are friendly and helping. The training before joining was excellent and covered all the valuable information required for the job.

The staff are very nice, Colten Care takes their values very seriously. A nice place to work, it is one of the top 20 Care Homes in the UK. They also give free lunches.
