Can you work set days?
Asked 16 July 2021
At Colten Care we understand the need for work/life balance and as such there is an opportunity to work a routine pattern of shifts, this is something that would need to be discussed and agreed. We do expect a level of flexibility from our teams, however set days is certainly something that can be achieved.
