Colten Care, as many companies do at the moment, have staffing issues. However they refused to use agency staff for the catering aspect of the business, but were happy to use agency carers.

Great company to work for

Colten care are a really good company to work for.They give staff encouragement to improve and reach there full potential. They care about the residents in their care homes.There values are very important to there success.I worked for them as a chef for nearly 20 years and I loved my time with them.

Excellent company run to a high standard of care
Cons
Chef's are 12 hours for 4 days on 4 days off.
