Great team
Carers work very hard and are appreciated by residents. Nurses have very long drug rounds and much admin to complete. Friendly environment, free lunch, beautiful garden. Lots of fun with residents. Home Manager in Sherborne, Dorset

Very supportive. Encourage employees to progress in their careeer.
Started working for Colten care 3 years ago in the Clinical Lead position. Since, I have felt appreciated for my efforts at work, felt rewarded both financially and by having my merits recognised. I have recently been interviewed and been promoted to Home Manager position. Operations team is very supportive and approachable. I have flexibility in my working hours, allowing me to maintain a healthy work- life balance.Clinical Lead Nurse in Abbey View, Sherborne

Very rewarding working with elderly and making a difference!
Hi 😁 Been working for colten Care for about five and a half years, and I wouldn't change it,but like every where we all have ups and downs! I will forever be grateful for the qualifications and opportunities that they have given me, and support so I could achieve it! I just become a new senior care lead. We all as a team can make a difference in our residents life's and on each others as a work colleagues! Met amazing people through this, over the last five years that are caring and have passion for this kind of work! Thank you so much Colten Care for providing staff with the appropriate training and giving people chances, plus supporting us to support our amazing and unique residents and families! Nurse in Dorset
