Awful company
Company does not care for their staff. No support or leadership. Lack of respect for staff, expecting them to cover shifts when you have just finished 48 hours. No support after difficult shifts and just expected to get on with things.

Child First
I have worked for Common Thread for over 6 years. I genuinely believe that they are driven to support the lives of our young people and better their experiences. They don't expect magical transformations but are invested in making sure our kids are loved and cared for. They also intrinsically believe that happy staff=happy children. I see this everyday as they try to support our staff through one of the most complex and tiring jobs out there.

Family orientated
I have come in at a time of change throuhout the company and have found it a very positive experience. In my career I don't feel I have ever been suppported as much. I'm lucky to be part of a good team that enjoy what they are doing which can only be good for the children.

Amazing Organisation
Common Thread is an absolutely wonderful company to work for. It is an incredibly supportive organisation, and they really do put the young people first, and at the heart of everything they do. I have had the honour of working with so many amazing young people, through all of the opportunities and experiences I was given through this organisation. This has massively contributed to my personal development and also led to career progression within the company. The organisation provides employees with lots of training and learning opportunities; and I have always found the company to go over & above with anything you need. Common Thread is a truly lovely company to work for and I have always felt valued and supported throughout my entire career with Common Thread. Everyone, from line management all the way to the CEO, are always on hand to assist with anything at all and are always just a phone-call away. I cannot thank the company enough for my amazing experience and opportunities and I will always look back on my time with Common Thread as utterly amazing.
