Great innovation and place to work with very solid co workers. Good technology and opportunity to develop careers. Hard work is needed and not always recognised/rewarded

Good place to work
Commscope is a good company and I am only leaving after 25 years due to redundancy. The office is in Salts mill and has a very relaxed atmospere. A lovely place to work

Good job, when there is work. great team! Not very well run at all due to lack of communication. No chance of progression that I’ve seen so far, the people who have changed job roles within the company, haven’t had the official job title changed and the wages have not changed, just compromised by giving shift allowance. Which dosnt give the correct pension contribution as the basic pay has stayed the same

Poor management. No communication between team leader and colleagues. Team leader wouldn’t speak to you for days and when they did, they had nothing nice to say. Jealousy is an awful thing...
