Questions and Answers about Community Integrated Care
70 questions about working at Community Integrated Care
How are the working hours at Community Integrated Care?
Our working hours vary from service to service and person to person as rotas are designed around the needs of the people we support. Due to the nature of the work, this isn't typically a 9-5, monday to friday role but there are a variety of shift patterns and shift types available so this can really suit people that need some flexibility in their working life (early shifts, late shifts, waking night shifts, sleep ins etc). Whilst our rotas are typically person centred our managers do try to accommodate life, and work with colleagues to flex where possible. Speak to the Hiring Manager of a particular vacancy to discuss hours and flexible working options.Asked 18 April 2017
