  • EXTREMELY poor...staff leaving all the time not listened to..grievances regarding working hours holidays and pay ignored

  • Bullying management with no people skills whatsoever...Long sometimes illegal hours worked...underpaid not appreciated..very hard to get ANY holidays..HR at head office either have no idea or dont care put me off ever being in the care sector again and have now completely changed my career path

  • This company is certainly not supportive or welcoming. You have to be part of the clique if you want to survive. If you have an opinion that differs from the clique your out with complete lies made up about you and when you challenge them by asking for proof they close ranks. It’s a poor company with no pros what so ever.

  • Unrealistic expectations that are clearly unachievable and quite frankly do not make sense. Poor managers and complete lack of support.

  • Sadly there is a huge blame culture and bullying culture! Unachievable deadlines, immense workload and poor support! If you miss a deadline you are put on performance management, poor leadership from senior management. Continuous change and lack of direction! Pains me to write this but have to be honest!

  • Poor - no appreciation of good, hard working staff. Blame culture and poor morale

  • They change how things are run periodically and ask for staff input on change

  • Work like a dog

  • Your just excrement to them

  • Supportive and welcoming
