Okay but stressful
Good homes but very high expectations. Work life balance is effected. If you want to do well then you have to put in the hours. Mentally draining at times. Easy to become stressed of fatigued. Mixed in terms of support.

Very child centred, career progression fast
Been at compass just over a year now and have progressed quite fast. The company is very child focused which is the most important. At times there’s staffing issues but the sector but always acted on quickly. My only gripe would be around pay and this being incorrect st times but again this is always solved quickly.

Amazing
Amazing place to work. Love my job very much! Kids are amazing, supportive management, progression available and if you work hard you are recognised for this

Hard work with minimal reward
Staff are worked to the bone as they cannot maintain a regular staff team. Hours are long and sometimes working 7 days and multiple sleeps in a row. Barely any support from management. Working with the kids is rewarding but the negatives out weigh the positives

Stressful and dangerous
Working for Compass becomes a way of life ,Its not a job or career. some of the young people are placed badly and this puts everyone at risk. Staff are over worked, stressed to the max, under paid and not appreciated. Staff are unable to achieve anything with the young people due to laws, guidelines and regulations.
