Terrible company

Can’t pay wages properly.Trying to get someone to deal with it is non existent.Not a security job,Also a bit of transport,security,admin and general babysitter

Bad and not productive workplace at all to work for

Management is useless and nowhere to be found, they all live in England so if you're in another part of Britain don't expect to meet them more than once a year at most. They will encourage you to lie to the client and paperwork can go missing easily. No training given to the new starters and half of the staff is from the subcontractors 1 and subcontractors 2 agencies.I really hope so that this one, as an ex employers review will leave a wery good mark for the people who is willing to apply for this workplace and think carefully before they do their application.

Security officer long hours to get a decent wage

Worked here for two years. It's a good job at the transport gatehouse but a bit boring at carpark gatehouse. Minimum wage , 6 days of 12 hour shifts can be very tiring. Supervisor constantly annoying you on day off to do extras shifts at short notice often so he can get a extra day off. 3 officers on shift you will be okay if you get the right people to work with on your team.Some of team are not the best to work with so best to just talk work related subjects and keep your private life private. Some officers talking about other officers behind back and bullying can happen if your face doesn't fit. Beware of the two sisters who work on the site.
