Awful place to work managers just don’t care about you they will work you to the ground short staffed but they say we are fully staffed it’s a joke of a company

Management awful

The management do not have a clue what they are doing. Not a nice place to work. Felt completely undervalued when I worked so hard. Management were poor, did not help or support in any way. Manager was a very unpleasant man not interested at all in the well-being of the children only with meeting his targets.
