Don’t knock it till you try it
Worked as a customer service agent money should be higher for all the work you do and systems to learn. All staff/management talk about is doing dr*** and having s*x on the weekends. Not much help available when needed. Training is really short they just teach you the basics the rest you gotta Wing yourself as most people just don’t want to help you. Feel like you can’t stick to a routine as your hours will change every week/day

Worked for the company for 6 years, started as an agent and progressed to manager
It's a fast paced environment but the support from other agents and managers is always there, people have got confused and believe the company is part of we fight any claim but that is not the case. I have worked here for 6 years and will remain loyal due to the support from all areas including HR

Worst place I have ever worked.
Possibly the WORST place I have ever worked, management are very unhelpful and lazy. Should be a lot more money for the job itself, have to work 1 in 4 Saturdays for NOTHING. Not sure why on the advertisement it states that sick pay is a benefit, which it definitely is not. I have a chronic illness and they have no idea how to deal with disabilities, telling me I couldn’t do certain things even when it’s stated in the equality act, so it’s law. Also during covid and having to train in the office for the first few weeks on the phone, somebody was actually off with a positive covid result, but the office was NOT deep cleaned after. As I was working from home, it was very hard some days to even get through to a manager when needing help, and when you did get through most of managers weren’t at all helpful, apart from 1. The only good thing about this company, was the training and trainers. Started with 12 of us in a training group, I left in March and then only 2 people were still left from the training group, which says a lot. I have previously worked in call centres but I would never recommend this place.

Friendly place to work was told training was 5 weeks but was actually 2 then put on phones after listening to a few other people taking calls, no way are you ready for taking calls if you dont know their computer systems 100%
