Management horrendous no support.
No job security they will sack you in a heartbeat if you lack any one of their ridiculous targets.
You have to be on a call no longer than 6 mins 30 no matter if it was a complicated call.
Just an awful place to work.
You don’t ever get the bonus every month because their marking methods for the call are impossible. The calls are endless and you aren’t able to really speak to anyone in your team because you’re constantly taking calls.
I am on a temp contract
Holidays are impossible.. calls are marked ridiculously harshly so they don't have to pay any bonus.. they look for any reason incase you may qualify for bonus to mark a call down
