Nice place to work but the wage you get doesn't match the effort you put on your work some companies paid more for the same amount of work, and that doesn't match the cost of living in Bristol.

Great people, terrible salary

a place to love your job and collegues but barely get by on ends meat. Computershare all take and no give back. I do about 10 peoples jobs for half a persons wage. A terrible shame as they are losing a good employee here.
