What a joke of a place all staff members are so far up management butt can't wait to get everyone in trouble not a nice place to work and Gives you a 0 hour contract and can sack you any time and Concept Resources are the biggest joke you don't even get a interview jest a phone call to say do you want the job haha would not recommend this place to work aviode..

If I could rate no stars that would have been my answer. Absolute joke of an agency, poor management no communication, not told on the job advertisement that it’s a temporary job. Constantly under paid. Missing hours off of wages, will never work for theses ever again

Do not bother, rude and abrupt management.

Work for the site was okay, working for the agency not good at all. No communication when asking a question, withheld payslips, no help whatsoever. Rude management they do not care about the employees rights. Go elsewhere is my advice.

They're not a bad group to work for. They did stiff me on a double time rate once, but most agencies try it on. All in all, they're pretty average. Just like most other work agencies, I guess.

Good performance

This Agency is quite good and reliable. All payroll has paid on time, no delay. The Agency is very helpful to me to get more shifts to work. I recommend this agency to other people.

Great agency, decent pay and flexible working hours

I worked for Concept during my time at college in a quarantine hotel as a cleaner. They let me choose my days and I rarely had issues with pay. My only criticism of Concept would be that they change payroll companies a lot which would cause confusion with who I was being paid by. I also had some issues receiving my holiday pay which took a long time to resolve but I did receive it eventually.

Change their payroll companies a lot, they don't like paying you your holiday pay at the end of your employment

Good place to work

I enjoyed working for This company but unfortunately the place i was working tell the agency one thing and after a while they decided to take your shift away from you and if you don't like it they just say go back to the agency. When i rang the agency and explained what had happened they were very understanding

If you don't expect the change in the hours you have to go back to the agency which is a disgrace

To be honest I did not get the chance to work there as much. It was a nice agency with a nice manager, however I was only offered two jobs and never got called again. I understand at the time of application, they had been a new agency and was still looking to connect with companies, but I was also expecting to be contacted after I called them and got told they’d call me back in a number of weeks. This never happened but it was nice working with them.

Plant/warehouse

I worked on the plant for 2 months Unloading and loading the paint line heavy metals shelves until I moved in to the warehouse where I drive reach and Counterbalance flt on a daily basis picking packing loading Lorries and unloadding
