Another agency

Another outsourcing agency that creams off the top of your wages while you slog it out for 11-12 hours a day . Typical of agency work. Get rid of agencies and zero hours

Making massive profits out of other people's misery with huge margins. Poorly paid engineers with little or no job stability for their families.There are a lot of hidden costs to this job you will be lucky to clear minimum wage after deductions and added costs. 20p per mile was fine pre pandemic, now its costing me a fortune in fuel.

Good and loyal company

I have worked for Concept Resourcing as a contractor for several years and found that they are an open and friendly company to work for. If you have any grievances they will help you talk through them without putting any pressure on you or say it is your fault.

It is a very friendly Agency to work for, the work offered is varied and testing. Training is On The Job Training, carried out by Engineers that you work alongside. Documentation is well presented when required.

very deceptive , making a huge margin on employee

I realised that i was being paid near minimum wage while the company concept was raking in twice as much and paying me less than half , don't quit your job over the fake advertising and recruitment process, these guys enjoy poaching from the competition or just for fun and then spin a corporate line the you bring this issue up,, the best one they ve pulled is making people resign for jobs that simply don't exist , what a shame this business brings to the IT industry in the UK shameful and shamless

Great place to work

People - very friendly and sociable, supportive when you have issues so you on't have to report to management. Office - very clean and modern, fresh fruit and breakfast delivered weekly, radio on on the sales floor so always a buzz. Incentives - if you are above target there are some exceptional incentives to go on e.g. Ibiza, sailing, Amsterdam, various races, Iceland, 5* lunches, balls etc. Typical day - registering new candidates, getting updates from existing candidates, arranging interviews, handling offer negotiation, updating database, contacting new companies, advertising vacancies etc. Training - training provided when joining (whether you are experienced in recruitment or not), regular training throughout by a variety of people (management, HR, marketing, top performers etc) Pay - clear progression path so no dangled carrots.Commission scheme is excellent, from what I've heard from other recruiters/rec2recs ours seems to be extremely competitive.

if you like the EdL you'll love this place, they will hire you and drop you like fly the last second, really unprofessional and really disorganised, and blatant attempt to cover up their institutional racism that really they couldn't do better and demonstrating , you'll be treated very badly

Concept Resourcing are a leading nationwide provider of IT and EPOS resourcing and have helped keep me in contract work for a considerable length of time, all contracts have been explained clearly, as much training as required has been arranged, the timesheet process is clear and I have had no issues with paymen, rearly good communication from the Concept team who have always helped me from day one. Very recommended.
