I personally felt that working at Concept was one of the key jobs to set off my careers, I had never worked in this field before, the training was amazing and I always had help if required, managers are amazing firm but fair & the company tends to treat the staff ( end of year party etc ) for all their hard work which I find is rare these days. Overall amazing company & amazing people/

Pay could be increased for high stress job.
