Progression, Variety and Supportive.
Logging in to start your day within PCC , your team manager will create your schedule for the full week for admin/telephony. The calabrio schedule is good to keep track on where you need to be for the day. A positive factor is if the phonelines arent as busy you can be given more admin time which means your day can differ unexpectedly. Usually Monday/Tuesday are the busiest of days for inbound which can be challenging hence why it is good to have the admin side of your schedule as it gives you a break from inbound calls. There are a variety of admin tasks to process from clinics this also means your day is never the same which is what i find to be the most enjoyable part of the job within PCC . All teams are very supportive along with team managers , if you ever need help in regards to a telephony query or admin task there is always someone to answer very quickly and efficiently. 121's are scheduled with your team manager monthly to pick up with how you are doing or if there is anything you are needing extra support with. 121's are also brilliant for if there is anywhere in the business you would like to progress too for example HR, IT etc. Your manager also helps to make this progress by reaching out to the departments to see if there are any work which you can work on to help you with experience for if there were any upcoming job vancancies. The tier structure is also good as you can move up the tiers and gain more knowledge with thorough training for the different services aswell as a pay rise when you do move up. If there are any new processes which are changed/new - emails or buzz sessions are sent/arranged to keep you updated so you are doing the correct job , there is also our askbee website which all of the updates are added onto aswell as having all the information you need to do in your job or if you ever need to go back on anything for a recap.

Dont do it
Awful Awful place to work in. Don't be a second late back from your 5 minute toilet break as you get flagged for it. Don't expect any help from your team leader or anyone in fact. Massive staff turn over. 16 people started with me most of us left due to it being a horrendous place. DONT DO IT!!!!!

Excellent Place of Work.
I have worked at Connect Health for 7 months and loved it. It is a very fast paced place of work with a lot of inbound telephony but also admin and outbound calling. The only reason I am leaving is due to a job closer to home with a higher salary.

Good hours but bad management
Hours are good but they are looking into extending them apparently. Management is the worst I have ever dealt with in my working life. There is little to no support the teams are usually great but there is a few people who spoil the good team spirit.

Supportive and collaborative company
The support received from head office staff and clinicians, is second to none. From induction to exit interview the management team are encouraging and go out of their way to support you. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Connect Health and would recommend them to any prospective employee. Well done Connect Health, keep up the great work!
