Nice
OK workplace, fast paced and stressful, okay pay. Not many opportunities. Close to amenities and public transport. Peekbox and NHS discounts apply to some stores

A modern day workhouse
hard slog, relentless grinding workload, uninteresting administrative tasks and constant pressure to do more, forced promotions to tier 2 from tier 1 wether or not you wanted it, very understaffed due to poor salary and companies bad revues from ex-employees.

Absolutely awful place to work. Best thing about it clocking out. Like being at school. Patronising but if face fits fine. I've never had the displeasure of working in such a toxic environment . Toxic environment
CH was a terrible company to work for. Many people left - 6 in 3 months. It was a hierarchical, blame culture environment. You weren’t allowed any original thought and past experience was not recognised. It was their way or no way. They only got in touch with you when you had done something the perceived to be wrong. Usually it was something that went against one of their policies.
