Living well with persistent pain - Adrian McGregor

Advice on nutrition, sleep and movement helped Patient Expert, Adrian McGregor, live with his chronic pain. He has helped to set up Connect Health’s 8-week pain management programme that helps to ‘support people on the course to achieve better outcomes and move towards living life to the full’.
