Everyday is different

In February 2019 we will be looking for organised, reliable, motivated, and physically fit team players to build stages and sets for unusual and innovative events. We’re an award-winning crewing company, and our Event Crew work alongside venues, event organisers and producers, creative teams and other crews, providing the manpower to load in and load out, assembling and deconstructing sets, stages, pop up festivals and brand experiences, TV and theatre sets. We provide talented and enthusiastic Event Crew members to support major event industry players – they are the best in the business so we have to be too. When we say it takes a special kind of person, we mean it. Our crew are fabulous; look at our reviews on Glassdoor We want to do good work in more ways than one. So we work with people who have been homeless in the past, training them up and helping them build a career in crewing. Many have become valued members of our team.

Big stage builds

We build stages of all sizes, some are a ten day build, others can be dismantled in a number of hours....

Training on the job - learn a trade

We teach you how to assemble and build all kinds of things, so if you are handy with tools or would like to learn more then we can challenge you! We use tools you may never have heard of. Importantly these skills can be transferable and help you prepare for a move in not just event production but much further afield.

Every type of event

We do trade shows, conferences and many indoor builds. Assembling truss to support heavy equipment requires expertise, and you will always work alongside our experts. If this interests you we can help train you in Working at Heights and you could move on to a career in rigging.

Underbelly

Seen the upside down purple cow on the Southbank? Here we are assembling it in Edinburgh.
