Go good company but wages are bad
Had the chance to work in many different schools with different needs. They have given me local schools to my areas and have only not given work a handful of times since I started.

They find you work but don't care about you
I have had several placements with Connex however they do not care if you don't like the school, they try to force you to go back. When you are ill they try to make you go back in the next day even with a sickness bug when you are required to have 48 hours off because they want paying.
