The manager is a joke he will talk to you like your dumb you will work by yourself a lot of the time
You won't get any worthwhile qualifications.if you have health issues the manager will be on your back.and you will be spied on.they expect you to do the work for 2 people.

Slave driven. Near impossible targets
Worked there a few years back started as seasonal gopher. Not many benefits in the role & expected to work till your physically exhausted. Then returned when left with no option, very tight knit & most long term employees at the site I was based don't know there backs from there elbows.

Avoid would be better if money rises substantially
Don't feel valued and with prices going up the wages are very poor and it doesn't match inflation rates all other Gardening Companies are paying way more than this company.
