Heavy work, with limited time to do the work.

I found my time at conveyor units a stressful period. The work is very heavy and your under pressure every day to complete the work on time as every job as time limit. In my opinion there is a bulling culture and they do not promote equality. They have a massive turn over of staff as it’s a very oppressive environment. The only staff that seem to stay very long are the supervisors who seem to have...
