Good job
Assembly Operator (Former Employee) - Stourport-on-Severn - 10 February 2020
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedPretty much same as most factories I've worked in. The manager walked me around and I got the job. I had to leave because I got put onto a heavy lifting duty which I couldn't do. But overall it was a friendly atmosphere and plenty of work to get on with.

Dictatorship
Assembler (Former Employee) - Lye - 21 June 2023
Do not work here. Management are dictators. Anywhere else on the planet would be better. They wonder why they have disgruntled employees, says it all really.

Awful workplace
Production Assembly Operative (Former Employee) - Stourport-on-Severn - 31 May 2023
No chance of progression, management is awful, pay is ridiculously low. Expected to work like robots. No chance of progression for women on shop floor

Productive and fun place to work
Machine Operative (Former Employee) - Lye Stourbridge - 18 April 2023
I worked for conveyor units for almost 2 years and the time went so quickly, confirming the saying, time flies when you are enjoying yourself. Machine operating can be monotonous, you just have to just get down to it, your days are what you make them.
Pros
Respected
Cons
No tunes

Don't do it
Supervisor (Former Employee) - Stourport On Severn, Worcestershire - 19 December 2022
Dreadful working conditions. Aging workforce waiting to retire. Unable to retain staff. Very poor pay. High turnover of management. Profit at all costs is the motto of Conveyor Units.

Heavy work, with limited time to do the work.
Assembler (Former Employee) - Stourport-on-Severn - 16 November 2021
I found my time at conveyor units a stressful period. The work is very heavy and your under pressure every day to complete the work on time as every job as time limit. In my opinion there is a bulling culture and they do not promote equality. They have a massive turn over of staff as it’s a very oppressive environment. The only staff that seem to stay very long are the supervisors who seem to have an easy ride as they just sit behind desks whilst everyone else is working flat out to make sure their time sheets are correct.
Pros
3 free hot drinks a day
Cons
An oppressive place to work

Very poor
Goods In Operative (Former Employee) - Stourport-on-Severn - 25 October 2021
Terreble place to work. They don't care about the staff. Most are agency and while I was there there were approximately 40/50 people passed through the company. They will lay you off with no warning but then expect you to come back after. Avoid even if desperate.
Pros
Free parking
Cons
Everything else

Unbelievably bad
Setter (Former Employee) - Stourport-On-Severn - 12 May 2021
Treat workers very badly management is terrible and Directors cause most of the problems, extremely high turnover of employees, no chance of advancement unless your a relative or friend of the bosses.
Pros
Great lads in factory
Cons
Bad management

Bad culture reputation
Worker (Former Employee) - Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire - 5 June 2020
Lots of workers always leaving as so many silly rules. Bad management and attitudes. I had an induction and no training after that. Left to work by myself with no supervision.
