Job is monotonous and very strictly run with tight schedules. Working hours were fine. You have to give a lot of notice to have annual leave. Management not great.

16 welders in a year says for it self .full of lies the only good thing is that u get o free eye test and health and safety is rather good but that's about it.

I have learned good mechanical skills while working here. The job I do can be boring sometimes. People working around you are also nice and the management is good aswell.
