No chance of progression, management is awful, pay is ridiculously low. Expected to work like robots. No chance of progression for women on shop floor

worker (Former Employee) - Stourport-On-Severn - 7 December 2023
Company continually in a state of flux. Management are trying to change how company works in relation to its processes however, there appears to be a level of confusion within the work force. To many intended changes at the same time. Blame culture within the company which encourages individuals in different areas of the company to raise (PAR) complaints against each other. This is only causes division and resentment within work force. Management trying to change culture within the company and there is many good people on the shop floor. however, in one of the smaller sections out with assembly area the behaviour of certain individuals who thrive on making offensive comments on a daily basis is detrimental to the company and the culture it is trying to change. Senior management do appear to be trying to improve various aspects of the company which will obviously take time.
Pros
Early finish on a Friday
Cons
Unfortunate blame culture

Dictatorship
Assembler (Former Employee) - Lye - 21 June 2023
Do not work here. Management are dictators. Anywhere else on the planet would be better. They wonder why they have disgruntled employees, says it all really.

Productive and fun place to work
Machine Operative (Former Employee) - Lye Stourbridge - 18 April 2023
I worked for conveyor units for almost 2 years and the time went so quickly, confirming the saying, time flies when you are enjoying yourself. Machine operating can be monotonous, you just have to just get down to it, your days are what you make them.
Pros
Respected
Cons
No tunes
