HGV Class 1 Driver in Sandycroft
Could be a good place
This could be a amazing job of the management had a clue how to do there job properly and treated staff like people instead of dog poo. Job itself is good with no start or finish times and job and jack but the pay is unfair as class 2 get paid same as class one and your car rates are absolute garbage when you start about £4.68 a car when people there doing the same job as you for £9 odd a car which over the month is a big difference in pay, there is absolutely no man management and get treated like school kids rather than employees and there is zero moral in the work place, management spend more time trying to shaft you rather than let you get on with your job, hence the really high turn over of drivers and staff

Very stressful place to be
Massive staff turnover. Too many changes in management. Very stressful place. Treated like a number and with no respect even after 6 years. No proper training when you start there. Salary is very poor especially with the amount of work you do.

Great place to work, fast paced
Great place to work, management are firm but fair and honest. You work hard but it’s well worth the effort when you see your results. When the weather is bad it can be hard but I love it!
Vehicle collection and delivery driver in Sandtoft
No support from management. They promise drivers that they would be finished daily by 4pm, yet this in reality is never going to happen. You will be working long long hours. You will be abandoned by management and dispatch. New drivers usually leave within 5 months. On average 3-4 drivers either leave each month or are sacked. Best stay away.
