Be the best they can be, listen to their team and collaborate for success. Work towards the same goal and be transparent with a sprinkle of FUN!
The menu needs to be small, focus on a few hero products that will not wow guests but will make them happy. This approach will take pressure off untrained kitchen crews which will in turn take pressure off wait staff.
Take care about the employees, and do not give 60 hours per week, let them live well for give 100% in the shift.
