Toxic
When working at chadderton setting it was lovely because of the team I work alongside, with time and the board members constantly getting involved it set a mood of toxic and rude behaviour towards staff.Constantly being belittled, no room for more experience as you will get promised a role and then will get passed over just because another staff is favoured more by a board member. Boring job
Long shift and very boring pay is not the best and management not very helpful. Not much support from management they will only call you when they need something otherwise they won’t do anything to help you. What would you say about your employer?
