FLT Driver/Warehouse Operative in Widnes, Cheshire
on 6 January 2021
Never had a problem with them
Agency itself seemed ok I just didn't like the workplace , the job itself was ok but the building ( not the agency but the underlay warehouse in Widnes) was a mess canteen was dirty and we could smell the toilets from there (eeee) . Not to mention the cold . Didn't have any problems with pay or payslips and never got any shifts cancelled ( I was there about 6 weeks ) , main reason I left was the dust (black soot all over you when you finish in your nostrils hair etc) not really the agencies fault.

Avoid at all costs
Absolute disgusting agency to work for, they are rude disrespectful and underpay then when you try and contact them they ignore you and discontinue work. They are the worst agency out there, go on about putting the people first is complete bul****t

Lack of Support & Communication
There seems to be a thinking in this company that good people are disposable, so if you're not happy in the job they put you in, they just stop communicating with you. They don't try to fix it. You don't get paid. They just get someone else to do the job.

Not very nice
Got picked on then booted out of the door they didn't have no facts to back up the reason why I was dismissed, I'm afraid they were afraid of me because I was open and approachable unlike them.

Awful
The place was an absolute shambles. The management team treated the staff like rubbish. Multiple staff members cried most days including myself and the lack of support and the unprofessionalism was outrageous. Bullies!
