Same thing all day standing as security
Pay is alright. Holidays approval is totally a mess. I applied for Holidays 4 months before the holiday date. With all reminder and follow up. At the 11th hours (a week) to proceed, my holiday was turn down despite that I have purchased a travel ticket to visit my age parents abroad. It was ridiculous and frustrating hence, I resigned my appointment. If you chose to work for Cordant sorry.

It pays the bills.
It's a good way to start in the security industry. Good amount of hours with overtime. But no progression. Plenty of sites in the UK if you wanted to work elsewhere.

Underpaid with extremely long hours.
Worst con company around. Managers are cowboys and not professional, jumps to any female nice looking individual secretly.Impossible to be recognised for the hard work put into. Never get into this company.
