Overall not a bad company to work for. Management is a bit of a joke. I once waited over a month for my manager to reply to my message. He doesn’t reply properly now. My shifts get taken off me for no reason, without anyone telling you this. Bad management

Ive worked for cordant for almost a year. And think they a great company to work for
This firm is without doubt one of the best firms I worked for within the 30 years i worked for the private security sector. Helpful manager wages on time no real issues.

Good and lots of work
Its ok company with some advantages. Area manager was ok and helpful and I was given a decent amount of shifts every month if I was willing to work at short notice and travel long distances.
