Disgusting Company to work for

Security Supervisor (Former Employee) - Warrington - 1 May 2022

Whilst you are at work you are constantly being monitored by the site security manager via cctv and your always under threat of losing your job and your so called work mates stab you in the back. They give you a 0 hour contract and threaten you with if you don't work overtime we will cut your hours down to nothing and there is no work life balance and this is the same story of all security companies I know I've been around I think the best remedy for this is to get out of security work all together it is a joke

What is the best part of working at the company?Nothing at all complete shambles as a companyWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?Useless guards that could not read or speak English properly company wasnt interested What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very bad people were english less and illiterate What is a typical day like for you at the company?12 hours shifts no time for breaks expected to do far more than was paid for

Wage was way below par for hours and workload management didn’t have a clue of what they were doing. Too many lazy guards expecting others to do work and getting away with it!!!!

terrible company to work for , all officers are zero hour. you never have any interaction from your manager. you are left by yourself. if you contact your manager nothing gets dealt with accordingly .
