Great Company

I have worked for Cordant for nearly 4 years and I enjoy my job and my work colleagues are helpful and friendly, we all get on extremely well. Team leaders and managers are always available whenever needed and encouragement and support is always given. Since Covid19 we now work from home and I feel we have been given all the equipment, training and support needed.

I've been employed by Cordant for 10 years now. In this time, I have learned a great deal from the management team and from colleagues and clients alike. Management have always supported me with my CPD and have envolved me in projects. As a site based operative, it is essential to have management support when needed, I am confident in approaching the management team for advice and support. Any pay issues from my staff have been rectified in a timely mannor. Personally,I have never had any issues with my pay.

Cordant is a good company to work for , the people are friendly and welcoming, the job is fast paced and an enjoyable, they have been very supportive especially during the difficult times with Covid. Management is supportive with training on joining and on going training, they are quick to respond to any queries. Any problems faced by staff from outside sources are dealt with quickly and efficiently by management and staff are made to feel valued. There is a lot of self management and trust in the day to day actives, there is not a micromanagement culture although there are targets to meet

No communication at all. They don't give no thoughts, no appreciation. From top to the bottom off managing staff treat the employers like slaves. They lost so many contracts include bigest one Primark, Morrisons etc..

just finished an enjoyable year doing nights.very useful learning experience as i was new to the industry at the start.managers will provide support when needed and understand the challenging nature of the role.best part of the job is dealing with the public which is very satisfying.overall if you have a good attitude,it will not go unnoticed.

Management are lovely to work with helpful if you have and problems they listen the shop I work in is great staff are really nice to get on with customers are friendly is a fun place to work shoplifting isn’t tolerated and shop management back you 100%
