I was there for 3, years overall was okay I saw a permanent guard for Tesco in a Nottinghamshire store , management was okay, pay was on time, easy job

Low pay rate

Security job is not good any more people have no knowledge about security industry. Now minimum wages for license security officer which means we paid £220 every year to SIA and claiming national living wages rates.

great company

the daily job was to patrol Store, deter shoplifters protect staff and make sure that the work area was safe for customers pretty basic. if you're into security I would recommend this company.

Pros

Good pay, hours are reasonably good not too long.
