For a managerial position - I was asked to submit my application form which was asking 4 questions. After being shortlisted I had to create a power point presentation and send it off, also had to complete online questionnaire about my personality and management style. Then interview with presentation. All questions were STAR or scenario based.
You don’t have to any experience in care, intact you are more likely to get the job without experience.
Fine was appropriate for the job but i believe its much harder now
Easy, they will employ anyone.
The interview process when I started was easy. Asked why I want to work with Cornerstone and I had the job. They don’t care who they employ. They just want someone to cover the shifts. Don’t care about the people they support.
