What is the most stressful part about working at Cornerstone?

  • Being expected to drop your plans to accommodate them, having them constantly phoning you when you are on annual leave to do shifts. You never get any thanks only criticism.

  • What is expected for the peanuts they pay is un believable and the management is poor at best the expect respect when none is given to staff. Shame some good managers left now we are left with a circus. Managers very rarely help out and when they do its forced

  • Not being listened to and intimidated if you speak out. Also working for a company who couldnt care less about its staff is pretty demoralising

  • Workload is unbelievable
