  • Working in the evening

  • Finding the role! their is no role for a nurse as the whole place is run by unqualified staff. you need to fit in, newcomers not readily accepted. accountability issues as unqualified staff delegate to the nurses and not the other way around. no person centred care, no activities. completely task orientated. unprofessional and miserable places. appalling attitude from some staff to residents and other staff members. no sense of team work. poor professioanl communication. run for the staff not the residents. they don't like feedback or being questioned. very defensive with a blame culture.

  • Lack of staff, challenging clients, lack of training
