Poor pay for the effort you put in Some great colleagues and managers but the majority are lazy who get far by bum snorkeling .Hard work not recognised or rewarded

Flexible fun working

Being able to be flexible with hours is brilliant and the main positive of the job. I found it great but personally after Covid working from home can be lonely.
