Administration Assistant (Current Employee) - Bodmin, Cornwall - 22 May 2023

It is a good company to work for. You are trained and have the chance to progress if you wish.You get flexi time which is very good as can start early and finish early, take time off for appointments and take flexi days off as well as your annual leave. Everyone I have come across have been very helpful and great to work with. I would recommend this company to work for.

unfortunately I was made redundant from this position and have been in my current position for 6 years. this was due to restructure of the departments. this job was rewarding, I was admin for the refuse and recycling department and grounds maintenance - great small team of employers.

Not a bad place to work but you have to learn under pressure, better in the quiet period to work, when its busy it can be hard to learn new things but in general, okay. The only great thing are the people you work with.

Worst job and place of work I have worked in. Management is weak and poor. Management offer no support. No understanding of the job in hand and show no empathy for staff.
