Corps values are Loyalty, integrity and service. What a joke, I was a loyal and hard working employee, went above and beyond for them, even had an article in their newsletter thanking me for my efforts and accomplishment at one of the Leeds sites I managed. Had nothing but gleaming reports from the client. But I was shown the door because of one persons grudge against me. This person was a member of managements good friend. There’s your loyalty and integrity. So because of this me and my family have suffered severely, the client suffered, and my former staff now have to suffer after I just made the job enjoyable for them. Good job if you want to be just another number.
Pros
Can’t think of any
Cons
Bad management

Excellent company if you like to be,backstabbed, lied to be messed about. Site manager not to be trusted with anything he says, absolute toxic man.Very stressful place, not for the work, because of the management, too many people being above themselves telling you how to do the job, each one of them has a different way of doing it so no matter which way you go you’re always gonna be wrong with the other. Too many people that should’ve retired 10 years ago thinking that they’re all better than everybody else, on-site training goes as far as there is your station learn the job.I am surprised the company is biggest boots allow their site protection to get away with so many different things it’s unbelievable, boots itself should do an enquiry into what they’re actually paying for, they will be better with children running their site protection

Management stay away not a happy place to be between staff as certain people get away with sackable offences and when you tell what happens it gets bruised away no matter how many times you open up... the client is the only one keeping me there as they treat me like a member of there company with respect... management seem to have no team playing skills

Loved working with Corps security as a duty manager, very busy as mostly not office based but in vehicle visiting sites. Apart from the usual thing in security, guards nodding off and blow outs and alike, a good company to work for.Reason I left was moving outside of London to Essex and commute started to be a challenge, that I did for over 3 years of the 5 I worked there. I really didn’t want to not work in London, great city and the company had great sites. In the end the deciding factor was a senior management team change and workload that no longer related to the wage on offer. Massive shame as that really was something I had the feeling wouldn’t change. 2 years later the other long standing DM left and the mobile patrol guys weeks later. The behind the scenes guys tho, the main control based in Scotland, were top draw, kept you busy with humorous night worker banter to relate how they were also feeling. Over all, not one of the worse to work for by along way
Pros
Left to work at own pace, reasonable wage for location
Cons
Long hours (but that’s security for you!)

I would most certainly work for them again. I felt valued and the company was strong ethically. The security industry has a few dodgy companies but Corps stands out form most of the others.

The management is non existent and doesn’t care about you AT ALL! You work yourself silly for no money, they’ll put more work on you and ask you to come in on your 3 days off but they won’t return any favours. The pay is horrendous for what you do. Rota is 3 days on 3 nights and then 3 days off but again, they’ll ring you and ask you to work. Management is so unprofessional, you’ll work at a site for a year and never meet them. The management will send different untrained agency workers daily who don’t know what they are doing and will blame all their mistakes on you. No sick pay or care in the world. Someone was diagnosed with Corona and the management said “Come into work” Honestly, Terrible Terrible place to work.

Worst company ever all I can say, you start at 6am, have to be onsite 15 minutes before for briefing and 15 mins after. Very strict rules unlike previous company. You get called on your days off to come in 20 mind before shift and never get paid overtime. But if they call in someone else from a different site they get an incentive rate. Its just not worth the hassle as you have onsite corps management and onsite tata who bullie you and treat you like dirtyou like dirt onsimanage management
Pros
no pros
Cons
Work all hours expected to work your days off at single rate

Trying to get a straight answer from managers about work is like squeezing blood from a stone, the scheduling team likewise don't have a clue as to what's going on most supervisory staff are so Jaded in they're behaviours that they drive away upbeat can do work attitudes from prospective sites for fear of being found out as the Lazy wastes of space that they are. Do Not Recommend this Company no prospects for advancement or even squaring away a monthly work schedule.

I have been with them a year. They offer training shifts on new sites and all sites are 12 hrs usually so you can come out with a good wage if you put in the hrs, you can work as much as you want. There are always shifts available.
Pros
Good varied work. Good supervisor and manager.
Cons
You can work as much as you want. Which may impact family life a bit.
