Abysmal. 5.5/6 days a week no social life allowed mandatory 1.5 hour break in middle of day whileStore is closed. Shift pattern is 11/12-3:30 then 5-10/11 depending on day.

What is the interview process like at Cosmo?

You will complete a 3/ 4 hour trial shift, this determines whether you would be suitable for the job. After someone will sit down with you and ask you to complete a form. You will then either be offered the job or turned down. If offered the job you will fill in some paper work asking what hours you can do and things like that. Hope this helped

What is the dress code at Cosmo?

You get given a top & waist apron: you wear it with black jeans and black shoes. For girls; hair must be tied back or just looking tidy I saw someone with two plaits all the way down was appropriate. You are given a name badge and a locker where you keep your belongings safe when you are doing your shift. You have to pay £50 for the stuff given.
