We have a diverse range of field roles supporting our store teams across the country, from Area Managers to Brand Standard Coaches & Costa Express engineers allowing us to constantly review and invest in our store designs, installing new technology and formats that provide our customers with space to work in, relax in or simply enjoy a coffee. Supporting our Stores: Costa is made up of true experts, masters of their craft stretching their limits to what’s possible. We embrace remote working and do it well. Since our initial inception as Coffee Nation in 1998 and now as Costa X, we have evolved and expanded to over 15,000 machines worldwide, delivering one million cups of coffee per day. And we aren’t slowing down. We have made significant investments in tech, data & machine innovation to create coffee solutions for the future. With our bold international expansion plans and our ambitious growth targets, we have an exciting agenda to deliver over the next few years.


Coffee with Commitment: Each cup of coffee we serve reflects our commitment to sustainability and community empowerment as we aim to reduce emissions per serving by 50% by 2030. Rainforest Alliance certified since 2008, we ensure ethical sourcing that benefits both farmers and the environment. We are actively engaged in tackling climate change, with ambitious carbon reduction targets aim to reduce emissions by 50% per coffee serving by 2030. Together, we can create a more sustainable future. Costa Foundation: Since 2007, through the Costa Foundation, we've built 100+ schools worldwide, providing education to over 100,000 children in coffee-growing communities. Our teams, partners, and customers engage in creative fundraising, such as Foundation Fridays in store and personal challenges like marathons and have raised over £20 million, enabling us to construct new and expand schools, providing essential facilities like water, electricity and toilets, providing access to technology, and much more.
