They don’t give you proper training you get paid as normal. First trial/couple of trial shifts not paid.
Yes, your 'training' is included in your actual "job" so you train as you work. I don't know if they still do it, but I had a "in training" rate and then once I've been fully trained, my rate went up. Speak to your manager about pay.
