Great please to work if under the right management. Busy days working with great people. Never a dull moment getting to know your regular customers to have conversations with tourists about their holidays.

Ofcourse, Costa coffee is a brand and famous all over the world, working a sa store manager here really develop my skills and leadership qualities. Work life is hard and stand job for 8 to 9 hrs.Having said, salary is bit low in places like London it should be more.

50% discounts on food at work, drinks are free during shifts

Less salary, long hours work.

Always looking to get extra from the team without any recumbents, unrealistic targets (with caps)making it impossible to get bonus’s! Senior management so busy covering there own backs they don’t care about individual people, we’re all just numbers, the rods don’t know the business at store level and criticise me sms for attempting to jet wash the drive thru before the store opens said what is a sm doing coming in 2 hrs before opening,

The team members are so nice and helpful. I am working for the 9th month and feel so good with my colleagues. Busy coffee shop and fast-paced environment.
